APPLICATION
Apply Stellar Lights Highlighter where the sunlight (or should we say candlelight) hits your face with the Milani Blush Brush or fingers. Use fingers to gently dab on the inner corners of your eyes and Cupid’s Bow. Use the brush to apply along the bridge of the nose and cheekbones and blend.
